PRYC Officer of the Day ....

Officers of the Day always start in June for PRYC and continue through the summer.  Officer of the Day is an opportunity and responsibility that all members share in. Each member picks a Saturday or a Sunday for Officer of the day duties.  On that day, they are hosts of our beautiful club and greet and feed our guests that stop by.

Officer of the Day Duties:

1.  Open up Club @ 12:00 Noon on Saturday till 4:00 P.M.
                         @ 10:00 A.M. on Sunday till 2:00 P.M.

2. Log details in OD Book: Include weather conditions, arriving guests and members names. Food served and any other interesting details.

3. Wear name tag (from drawer under bar register) and welcome members and guests.

4. Move small club burgee located just inside front door in its holder located outside directly in front of door edge when door is fully open.

5.  Have all guests sign Guest Log Book.

6.  Be of service to guests and members.

7.  It is not mandatory, but would be appreciated if O.D.'s would provide snacks or meal for members and guests.
